Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Kamagra AUS Pty Ltd is the entity responsible for personal data collected on this website. We are an Australian company at Suite 4, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

2. What we collect

  • Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone
  • Order history and payment confirmations (we do not store card numbers)
  • Account login credentials (passwords stored hashed)
  • Aggregated analytics on how the website is used

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what each of the following needs to do its job:

  • Couriers, to deliver your order — name, address and phone number only
  • Our email provider, to send order confirmations and account emails
  • Our hosting and payment-processing infrastructure providers, some of which may process data on servers outside Australia — each is contractually required to protect it to a comparable standard
  • Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, when enabled, for aggregated, non-identifying advertising analytics — see our cookie policy for details and opt-out links
  • Regulators or law enforcement, only where we are legally required to

4. Security

All data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and we never see or store full card numbers. Access to customer data internally is limited to staff who need it to fulfil and support your order.

5. Your rights under the Privacy Act

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access and correct your personal data, and to ask questions about how it is handled. Email [email protected] with any request. We respond within 30 days.

6. Lawful basis & retention

We collect and use personal data to fulfil orders, for legitimate business purposes (service improvement) and with consent (marketing). Order records are kept for as long as required under Australian tax and record-keeping laws. Marketing data is deleted on request.

7. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC, oaic.gov.au).
