1. About us

kamagraaus.com is operated by Kamagra AUS Pty Ltd, an Australian company based at Suite 4, 123 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.

2. Products and information

We sell over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and wellness products. All product information is provided in good faith and based on the manufacturer's labelling. It is not a substitute for medical advice — always read the product leaflet and speak to a pharmacist or GP if you are unsure.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or the order is suspected to be fraudulent.

4. Payment

Orders can be paid by direct bank transfer, PayID, credit/debit card, or PayPal, as offered at checkout. For bank transfer and PayID, payment details are emailed immediately after checkout. For card payments, processing is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.

5. Returns & refunds

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those guarantees, and for reasons of safety and public health, medicines and other sealed medicinal products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once they have been dispatched, consistent with the ACL's treatment of health and hygiene goods that have been unsealed or used.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will put it right — by replacement or refund — at no cost to you. Before dispatch, you may cancel an unpaid order at any time simply by not completing the bank transfer.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
