Search for Kamagra in Australia and you will find sellers saying it is "perfectly legal", sellers saying it "cannot be purchased legally" (while selling it), and almost nobody linking the actual rules. This guide sets out what the regulations say, in plain English, with the primary sources linked so you can check every claim yourself. The short answer

Kamagra contains sildenafil citrate, the same active ingredient as Viagra. In Australia sildenafil is a Schedule 4 — Prescription Only Medicine under the Poisons Standard administered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). That classification does not change with the brand name: Kamagra, Cenforce, Viagra and generic sildenafil from a chemist are all Schedule 4.

So: it is lawful to obtain and use sildenafil in Australia with a valid prescription from an Australian-registered doctor or nurse practitioner. It is not lawful to supply it without one, and any website that tells you no prescription is needed is either mistaken or misleading you.

What Schedule 4 means for you
